A tesla for the handicapped with hand brake and accelerator

How hard would it be for Tesla to design a hand brake and accelerator? Last year I was diagnosed with ALS and I can no longer walk and hope I will be able to ride in it before my days are over. It would be great if full self-driving was approved and I could get a lift to get me in the driver's seat. Or they would be a hand brake and accelerator for me.

My wife is in a wheelchair and can not use her legs. She been driving for the past 40 + years. Tesla does not have to make the hand controlled. The work is done by the mobility vendors. The car manufacturers have programs that help pay on the device you need.
Tesla, as far as I know have no help for the disabled individuals. There are companies that make lift so you can transfer onto it and it will bring you up to the seat hight to transfer.

For many years there has been 3rd party options for controls including joysticks & foot steering.
