Is there any drawing showing the universal wall connector wiring to powerwall 3 panel for power share.

Edited after @hemiarch pointed out that I misread the question .
Any wall connector on downstream (backed up) side of Powerwall Gateway will work. Once Tesla releases the software.
There is no communication wiring from the UWC in that setup, nor is a UWC required.

So…if you have a powerwall 3 and a universal wall connector there still needs to be additional communications wiring ? I understood it was simply a matter of software.

Oh crap, it was past midnight when I posted that.
There is no UWC to Powerwall comms wiring for Powershare + Powerwall. ?‍♂

Thank you. That was confusing as hell for me because I very much consider anything you post as legitimate.?

Sometimes my parser don't parse so good. Especially before coffee, if it's lunch time, or late at night... ?‍?

Do you have any idea when we are expecting software support of PowerShare for us powerwall 3 people?
Shot in the dark in case you know something I don’t.
I’m still salty about how literally EVERYONE but those of us who bought into both products is getting to enjoy it but trying to be patient.

Nope, I'm outside the circle of trust.
Had I already had Powerwall and purchased a FS Beast pre May 23rd, I might have had the installs stacked to utilize the $4k credit.
Grid -> Powerwall Gateway -> Powershare Gateway-> generator transfer switch -> super backed up loads

As it was, I was working with the installer on doing a Powerwall setup instead of Powershare, but the new battery placement rules made that a pain for little gain (we haven't lost power since I bought a new generator in 2023).
So, we have Powershare plus new UWC and subpanel in detached garage

Tesla has said publicly on X that the software update will be released in Q3 2025…but we know how Tesla can miss dates by several weeks or months. ?

I'm getting this done on the 18th... So far no one has told me I needed to replace the gateway 3V with a gateway 3.

My system is in and complete except for the PowerShare software update. One Powerwall 3, Gateway 3, one Universal wall connector, one standard wall connector, and 49 435-watt solar panels. The ONLY way this can work seamlessly is because Tesla took back my Gateway 3V and we purchased the Gateway 3. I have a very documented series of written email communications between Tesla engineers and my installer outlining what will work and what will not. Gateway 3V cannot be used in a system that incorporates solar and powerwall, full stop. I will post pics later today if I can.

So you're telling me you can't disconnect and unpower the gateway 3v TACO, and replace the CN+/CN-/+12v/Gnd connections to the isolation switch with the powerwall 3?

Not and have the Tesla warranty survive on any of the components - we discussed that approach because I already had the 3V in hand. Tesla will NOT support using a 3V in any solar/powerwall install. That is also documented in their specifications webpage.

So how do we think this will work once operational.?System exhausts powerwall 3 down to a set minimum like 20% in off grid mode and then the truck PowerShare kicks in? Then what? Powerwall stays at 20% and truck runs the house or will it charge the powerwalls and then be able to drive away?
I have a lot of functional questions. Very excited to see it happen.
