In the Kim Java video with Tsportsline, the Tsportsline folks were asking for product ideas. It got my mind racing and I wanted to hear what ideas y'all already have in mind, but don't have the means to manufacture yourself. Here are some I'd like:
  • Backseat screen protector
    • If we're loading stuff back there it's just a matter of time before it gets bashed in
  • Inflatable bed to fit the bed
    • bonus for a pump to plug into the bed outlet
  • Glove drawer liner
    • looks like it's suede, some kind of rubber would be nice
  • Some attachment on floor in front of center console
    • to hold nalgenes, trash, chips etc
  • Sliding back window
    • nuff said
  • Covers for when people take off the mirrors
  • Cyberballs
    • for the lolz
  • Dog hammock for backseat
    • Or just some kind of barrier to protect the doors and backs of the front seats
    • maybe a waterproof tarp-like thing to cover seats when folded up
  • Frunk flip up wall for the front
    • put more stuff in without it falling out when you open it
  • Some kind of hooks that go over the back frunk wall
    • To hang grocery bags upright
  • Backseat window sunshades
    • the tinting might not be enough for babies?
  • Mesh bags that tie into the L-Track and rest on the bed floor
  • Reindeer antlers and SHREK EARS
    • that fit onto the front two roof rack slots
    • If someone makes a bright green cyber shrekmobile before me I'll be sad, but mostly proud
  • Something that blocks the internal camera
    • not sure if it's allowed, but if I'm not running FSD I don't like being recorded in my own car
  • Massage seat cover
    • a standard one would probably fit, but it's always been a dream of mine to get a massage from my car as it drives me back from a fun weekend or hard day of work
  • L-track bottle opener that catches the bottle cap
    • because why not
  • Colored recovery points in the front
    • Neon light blue or green would look sick
  • A sunshield that sits on the dash, but you can pull it up to block the windshield
    • No normal ones are gonna fit this bad boi
  • If there's a way, securely attach handholds for getting in/out

I had the same idea due to having two large (and destructive) German Shepherds. I totally agree the rear screen needs protection and it seems like a snap-on plastic cover would be pretty easy to design and manufacture. Fingers crossed.

Great ideas. I’d like a backseat monitor screen protector for extra protection from my doggo when he’s riding and something to protect that white interior. I’d like to fold the seats up so my dog has more room which brings me to the seat covers for pets idea. Tesla already makes them for the M3 and MY so I’m hoping something comes along in the future for Cybertruck.
