Hey @MountainPassPerformance! Looks great! I'll certainly be adding your suspension modifications; however, I'm unsure how to handle the wheels as (1) many people are reporting that all aftermarket (so far), while hub-centric wheels are always superior, properly fitted lug-centric wheels are working just fine on the CT so far. (2) There are SO MANY that it would more than double the size of the mega-thread with wheels alone, and it's just me managing this. So I'm hesitant to start adding CT-specific hub-centric wheels. Maybe if I move the megathread to a website for folks to reference all of the CT aftermarket it might become manageable enough to include the huge number of hub-centric wheels that are out there now.

Thoughts?
How about a wheels only thread? That would actually be pretty great.

Introduction
The purpose of this thread is to provide a comprehensive location to find currently purchasable third-party off-road accessories for the Cybertruck. All products are in alphabetical order by brand name.

This top post will be regularly updated, so you may not get notified when an addition or modification occurs. If you would like to get updated when something is added or removed, please leave a comment or DM me and I will put out a notice directly.

Feel free to leave reviews on products or comment on products that should be added, modified, or removed! If you have a question for a vendor listed here, feel free to tag them here with any questions by using the "@" symbol followed by their name.

If I have misrepresented your product in any way, it was done in error and not out of any kind of conscious bias. Please update me, either privately or publicly here on this thread, with any updates, corrections, or modifications you'd like to see on your listing. Each product get's one image and I'm happy to change it if you feel the image I chose from your website does not showcase your product fairly.
Your products qualify when they meet the following criteria:
  1. The item can be purchased today and has a specific shipping date.
    1. pre-order items that can be purchased today can qualify as long as they have a clear and set shipping date for the customer.
  2. Is intended or significantly useful for off-road applications.
  3. Is specific to Cybertruck.
    1. For example, traction boards are not specific to Cybertruck and will not be listed here
    2. Off-road lights that are specific to the Cybertruck's 48v midvoltage system, or have specialized mounting hardware for the Cybertruck may be listed!
  4. Has not been significantly flagged as a scam, overwhelmingly poor reviews, tagged for IP theft, etc.
Here is a list of currently banned vendors that have broken rule #4 above. Please contact me if you feel this is in error or would like to be reinstated on this list! I don't have the bandwidth to keep track of every single vendor, please let me know what the problem was and how you took steps to resolve it and I'll be happy to get you listed. Please be aware-I WILL NOT endorse predatory, unfair, or misrepresented products on this thread under any circumstance:

Wheel and Tire Reviews on the CTOC

Important Disclaimer: I have removed specific products (like how other sections are done) due to there being way too many wheel/tire combos out there and vendors being misleading about how "only their wheels fit the CT," etc. They don't need to be CT-specific or special to fit the CT!
Here's what you need to know to fit the Cybertruck, it is not hard to find wheels that fit. This does not apply to tire sizes, however! There is ALWAYS a chance that aftermarket wheels/tires will not fit, or will not fit properly if you're not well informed on how these measurements work, so you do so at your own risk!
  • >= 18" diameter
    • I have seen NO confirmations or actual references to any 18" wheels that have not fit due to internal barrel angles, or other dimensions etc. If you have mounted such a wheel and found that it did not fit for this or any other reason, please comment with the make and specs--rumors don't count.
  • 6x139.7mm or 6x5.5" bolt pattern -- these are the same, one is metric the other imperial.
  • (optional on aftermarket) 84.1mm center bore or larger with correct ring adapter or conversion spacer. (most aftermarket wheels will not call for this but will instead require special lugs that center the wheel, called "lug centric" wheels. Despite what you might hear from armchair experts, lug centric wheels are used OFTEN and are generally not a problem when properly installed.)
  • 58.5mm offset or less.
    • Getting closer to this offset will align your wheels closer to factory look, but it is not necessary to get this perfectly exact. Closer is better, but you could probably safely get away with >30mm offset for most wheels.
    • Significantly lower offsets, while they may "fit", may change your steering profile and cause unnecessary wear. To my knowledge, safe threshold for this has not been established for the CT, but there is always a fairly healthy range on vehicles. For the same reason, wheel spacers are not generally recommended in place of a smaller offset.
    • If you're wanting to run <20" wheels, you may want to consider using a small (18mm or less) spacer and/or center bore converter to help clear the brakes, but this should not be necessary in most cases.
    • The smaller your offset, the greater your wheel will extend outwards, which may be exactly what you want if you're attempting to fit wider than 285mm tires.
  • >=1200kg/2650lbs Load Rating
    • The largest GAWR is on the rear axle with a total of 2262kg. The wheels simply need to meet or exceed the largest GAWR / 2, in this case 2272kg / 2 = 1136kg. I round up to 1200kg, so anything 1200kg/2650 lbs load or greater is perfectly safe on the Cybertruck--which happens to be many aftermarket wheels. Don't let people convince you that you need 3000+, CT axles aren't even rated for that.
    • Please don't overlook load rating! Most wheel makers have 18" load ratings that are appropriate, but 2500lbs is too low and much more common than >=2650lbs.
Wheels that are confirmed to NOT FIT despite meeting above specifications

    1. MARS™ EXPEDITION TIRE RACK

-----
8/7/2024
  1. Removed Products:
    1. Wilco Offroad Hitgates reason: universal fit for anything with a 2" receiver, removing is qualification as CT-specific. However, added a note about 2" receiver spare gates being a good all-around option, but to list every 2" receiver spare tire carrier on here would be silly.

Nice work
Im looking for the foldable work table/when sitting in the driver seat. I am consultant that travels a lot, need a place to work, laptop, tablet/writing, etc. All that I've seen is for the other Teslas, not see a purpose designed table for the Cybertruck. Please post if there is one.

Thanks!

As a cabin work table is not related to off-roading it would not go in this thread. But maybe a "travel/commuter's accessory megathread" is in order?

There is a steering wheel table for the Cybertruck that is available on the Chinese drop shipping list. You should be able to find it at any of the plethora of Chinese drop ship vendors around the forum, here are a few (hint, they're all the same product so I'll just link the one):
https://amzn.to/4hMF3nV

Alternatively, since the is a lot of room in the CT, most mobile office setups should fit fine if that's what you're looking for:

Just be sure the cross-over desk is high enough to clear the center console.

Cheers!

got it and thanks

my CT plan is off road as I did for years with ICE 4x4s
can we finalize on the discussion for off road, wheels and tires?
ill have an extra set rotated in during May to Dec
18" do they fit of we have to cut the pieces off from the front? max tire size 295 65?
or stick with 20"s and have no issues, max size 295 65
cheapest steel or alum wheels? only using local and for 6-7 months, no long distance or the ASs go back on

Off-road wheels and tires will always be a matter of opinion for off-roaders, that'll never be settled. ?

If you want to save some money on tires, just get some 35x12.5" (much cheaper than 285/65r20s) on a wheel with a less aggressive offset (18mm methods have all been successful) and you'll be fine. Some have had to trim some plastic, but no real rubbing.

I have yet to see a set of 18" wheels that don't fit, but 18s are snug. Yes, there is a nub that must be removed (it's made to do this) in order to fit 18s.

No, you do not need CT-specific wheels/tires, but they are popular. You can get a set of 5x 18" method bead grips and MT 35s for under $2500.
