I’ve experienced the same jolt on multiple occasions at a stop light, but instead of raising, it feels like it is lowering. Cars beside you can easily see/hear the dump.

Hoping this is something that can be fixed with software in time.
Yeah, that is what I was trying to explain. Raises up when coming to crest of hill when truck is on angle. Then it feels like you were bumped and then lowers back down.

Yes, similar to what others have said already, I agree it feels like a bump from behind. I’ve noticed it pretty often while at a red light. I first thought someone bumped my rear bumper or jumped onto the tonneau cover. I’ve never had a vehicle with air suspension so figured it was normal…

Yep! I experienced this 4 or 5 times sitting at red lights... usually 15 or 20 seconds after sitting at the red light. Thought someone ran into the back... Hope this can be eliminated.

I've had this happen only one time over the thousands of miles and months we've owned it (got ours in February). It happened at a red light seconds after I came to a stop. Settings were medium height. I thought someone rear ended me for a brief moment. Kind of freaked me out. It's the same traffic light I stop at all the time. I'm in Florida so it's all flat at can be here. Temperatures were low 90's at the time. But again, been at this exact spot in the same situation many times before and after without experiencing it so I'm not sure why it triggered that one specific time.

Ive had my truck since Feb. it acts the same way sometimes, I believe what is happening is the truck adjust to High because of location and you are not aware of the change. when you accelerate from a stop and pass 25 mph you get the issue it varys depending on how hard you acelerate and also is more noticed if you accelerate hard while making a turn. use medium or low issue goes away! if you drive "chill" you wont experence it. If you want experience the issue set suspension to Hi at a stop turn right while accelerating full throttle it becomes interesting, the condition is more prenouced when opperating the vehicle after it has been setting overnight and you create the above manuver for the first time.
Just my observation .......
