Anyone else get a 404 error when you click on your reservation?

Thought I would go into the Tesla account and noticed when I click on manage for the Cybertruck I get a 404 error - page not found? any cause for concern? I have a pretty low reservation number inside of 10000 according to the tracker - whatever that's worth.

Can't find any support emails to inquire?

anyone else? I'm in Canada.

people have been reporting a variety of issues getting to their cybertruck reservation pages over the last few days... all so far have disappeared after a day or so.

I suspect strongly that they are migrating users to the new res page as they set up to actually support and offer cybertrucks.

i tried to manage my CT reservation and got a “403” error. “Client reputation “. I’m at a loss as to why. I own a 2021 M3 and love it. I haven’t been posting bad remarks on any social media.
Anyone know what’s going on?

My IPs are being blocked but do not have a poor risk score.
I work for an MSP/ISP and at least 2 of our IPs are having problems accessing http://auth.tesla.com/oauth2/v1/authorize? in order to log into the Tesla site. I have spoken with someone in your SOC but he was of no help in telling me whether or not we are actually being blocked. I would really appreciate some help and at least tell us if the issue IS with our IPs and what we can do to fix it. As I have said, I checked https://www.akamai.com/us/en/clientrep-lookup/ and none of the IPs that are having this issue are getting bad risk scores. Can someone please assist...

I'm from Canada as well. No issues with the error notification appearing

OK thanks... Strange. I'm still getting 404 error... tried different browsers, cleared cookies etc... weird.

Hopefully they're loading up a reservation page.

Did you cancel your order per chance? I just logged and I am able to see my Cybertruck reservation.

That’s so weird! I can view the “details” of my order just fine here in the US.

They've added a manage your reservation link recently, which shows your initial motor variant chosen. The page hasn't shown which variant you reserved since they removed the variants option after announcing quad motor.

That's a crazy low rez #. Maybe that's the issue. I think we should try assigning it to me, see if that helps.

When I login to my account, it takes me to my dashboard:

The "manage" is just a link with the reservation number:

This link opens the status page for this vehicle. If I try any other RN number in the URL, it just takes me back to the Dashboard page, not to a 404 error.

I did notice that when the above link loads, it transforms the URL to be language-specific (en_US):

https://www.tesla.com/en_US/teslaaccount/order/RN112805498​

so maybe your computer/browser has some weird language settings?
