The Molle panels are available for the sides and a bed divider, but I have never used them before. Anyone getting these? How will you configure it/them?

Original Molle is a standard from the military (MOdular Lightweight Load-bearing Equipment) and used by every military look gear maker. It involved horizontal straps that are stitched down every couple inches. If you want to add another pouch/water boule older, IFAK, whatever, it ill have a vertical strap on the back that weaves behind the horizontal straps to attach the two together. The panel I saw online looks like it will either work in that standard, or imitate that standard on a different scale. The best part is having a standard that everyone agrees to use.

Yes I will be...can leverage Molle compatible gear, velcro straps, etc - pretty flexible stuff! Sails could hold shovel, fire extinguisher, etc...wasted space otherwise

Inside the vault, absolutely! MOLLE compatible stuff is everywhere and very useful. I'll probably not do the external ones though, I want to be able to lock it.

I will for sure use the L track mount panels on the inside walls of the sails - those are a great use of otherwise wasted space.

However, what i am even more interested in is the roof rack system in the attached photos. Does anyone know anything about this amazing system - it would be perfect for my needs.

Thanks -

At the end of this video, this supply management expert brings up a good point that no one else has mentioned, that truck buyers love to dress up their truck with after market stuff.

No other tesla product has launched with so much optional equipment, which has a very high margin and also they can license the tesla approval to after market truck suppliers and it is all profit.

Probably just the bed divider. I see something like that being useful even without the Molle stuff.

It looks cool and even without being a standard, it would be useful to tie stuff down with Velcro straps, etc.
I agree that there will be plenty of aftermarket manufacturers making parts once there are more Cybertruck in the wild. The panels are fairly simple, flat plates with the attachment points and the MOLLE grid cutouts, though I haven’t seen those “L” tracks before that I can remember.
The roof rack looks cool too, I wonder what it does to the aerodynamics?

I see huge value in the dual tracks inside the bed sides, not so much with the molle panels. I will probably get the bed divider too, if I'm not mistaken, it locks into any position using the tracks on the sides of the bed.

Definitely, and that rack looks cool...hold up my 270 Awning, and MaxTrax

I will likely get the range extender, so the Molle panels will help to attach longer items, also help organise easy to get to bits and pieces.

All up, I expect my kids to want to take CT and RV out for a holiday, (I'm a good Dad lol), so for a retired guy, I can have some fun and an excuse to fit it out lol.

Yes. Thanks to the vault, it allows safe and convenient storage of tools, etc. up off the floor keeping it available for flat stock.

I am hoping someone will have a folding version of that roof rack system by the time my number comes up. Something that folds down to follow the CT profile to minimize drag impact when not in use, but reasonably easy to pop up for those 3-4 times a year I need to bring home 20' stock. I personally would not make use of MOLLE pattern features outside the vault.
