So...I picked up my AWD 9/18/2024 with 15 miles, VIN 320XX (tactical grey, surprisingly came with hubcaps). As I drove off the dealer lot and reached 50+ mph the vibration was first noticeable. At 60-65, it resonates the cabin and becomes audible. The vibration can be felt in the steering wheel, doors, floor and causes the d/s mirror to blur. The vibration decreases when the accel pedal is slowly released but returns on sudden release with regen braking eliminating a wheel/tire/balance issue. The obvious issue is a defective drive unit.

I scheduled with service the very next day through the app with first available appointment more than two weeks away Oct 8.

Is anyone else experiencing vibration issues to this degree?

What did this end up being? I have the same issue less than 100 miles on the truck.

The tech claimed it was a "normal" amount of vibration. However, they did an alignment because the steering wheel was off, and balanced the tires. The same vibration persists and I guess it is inherent to the vehicle. I drove others with earlier VINs, and they were exponentially worse. There is common saying in the automobile industry, "Never buy the first model year. They need time to work out the kinks."

Mine, purchased in May, has no vibration. Neither does my friend's, who got his a year ago.

Vibration is abnormal. It may be as simple as loose noise suppression foam in a tire.

I have a similar vibration during regen. I’m not sure if it recently popped up or if I only started to notice it after driving my wife’s Y the other day and it was so smooth during regen. Maybe it’s getting worse. I’m running Blizzak tires, so I don’t believe it is loose foam. Also, I discovered that if I turn on the Slippery Surfaces setting the vibration is gone. Those of you with this problem, try that and see if the same thing happens.

I have low rumbling noise during stop and go. It happens when I accelerate. It’s as if you ran over some ridged surface. It’s inconsistent. Doesn’t happen all the time. Showed it to Tech. He heard it but wasn’t sure whether it’s same with other Trucks. Since these EVs are so quiet, every little noise and vibration gets amplified. The loaner Model Y was rattling all over. The R1T that I had for a short period was even worst. I could hear squeaky suspension every time it went over a small bump. Those who are hyper sensitive to these noises, like me, can hear everything. I decided to not sweat about these too much. If it’s as bad as everyone in the car could feel it, then I wouldn’t worry. The low rumbling does bother me. I’ll just have to learn to ignore it. Other EVs are way worst.
