If you're happy, that's all that matters. Make sure fsd in included as some here say fsd cancels if it goes thru dealer hands. the parallel between base Y vs base CT in not accurate.

Don't listen to what "some people" say, listen to proven sources of info. There are lots of people whose only goal appears to confuse the narrative so people will give up. FSD does not cancel going through a dealers hands. It can only be cancelled before the dealer buys it.

The fact is, only Tesla can remove FSD, and if they do that you will know it, because they won't advertise it as having FSD. If they make a mistake, they would have to make good on it. just make sure the Purchase/Sale agreement recognizes the FSD. If a used car dealer buys a used Cybertruck and resells it as having FSD, it's worthwhile to check the specs on the screen before closing the deal because they have been known to not always market it with the correct options. This is no different from buying a vehicle from any private party, always verify the claimed options/equipment. Tesla makes it easy, just check the vehicle details on the center screen.

I am in no rush, but it would be good to have an estimate. Still paying off the S and its finally got positive equity so every month that goes by equals either a larger down payment or more mod money. I am due for tires soon, knowing my luck I will get the email the day after I spend $1400 on new tires.
