I can't speak to that knowledgably because I've only driven non-Plaid Model S's. But I can say I prefer the smaller, more nimble Model 3 to the regular Model S, just for it's smaller size. I never liked larger American sedans, I came from pickups and import sedans. Never liked SUVs either. I did own a Volvo S80 T-6 for a number of years, I liked it quite a bit but even that seemed a little too large at times.Do you like the m3p better than the S plaid?
Tesla's most under-rated car ever, IMO, is the RWD Long-Range 3. Not for it's mind-numbing performance or extreme luxury, which it definitely doesn't have, but for it's balanced handling, nimble feel and capability to travel fast and far, with minimal charging. Of course it's faster 0-60 than most muscle cars in the 1960's and 1970's! It even goes well in the snow and ice for a RWD car (even compared to any front wheel drive car I've driven). I'm not even sure they offer the Long-Range RWD 3 anymore (unless they recently brought it back).
