Tesla PR is the BEAST

Someone suggested Tesla’s PR efforts were amateur or childish in another thread… personally I think they are damned near spot on. They remind me of what is possibly the worlds best music video by the Beastie Boys.




Other bands hire directors or do mega-splice ups of concert footage. The Beastie Boys did this video by running around LA with a bunch of hand held cameras and edited it themselves.

Sort of the Blair witch version of a music video. Truly epic.

Anyhow… point being people often prefer raw more honest PR to polished stuff. The guys doing these Cybertruck videos aren’t exactly heaping praise on it and that is honestly all the more interesting. “It looks like you’d keep produce in it, like a big refrigerator” I mean… how can you not love that sort of honest take while checking out a truck.

I was thinking the same thing.

"Is that the **** windshield wiper?" "That's a big ****" "it doesn't look like it covers the entire windshield..."

I hope Elon/whoever designed the wiper saw this video and got a few laughs out of these comments.
