Being told by Tesla customer support the the Jacksonville FL SC is possibly permanently closed

Was trying to create a service ticket for my CT and at the step to schedule the appointment it would not show the Jacksonville FL SC as a place to pick for a time. Only Orlando and other SC's. I tried multiple attempts but could not get the Jax SC to show up.
I created a ticket from the Tesla website to ask why it won't show up and here is their response.

Anyone else recently been to the JAX SC and it was open? Google maps says it is open.

I went here and logged in to my account then selected a topic of "Recalls" and filled out the rest. I did not think I would get a response so fast.

I made a trip to the Jax SC and they are still open. Turns out Tesla HQ was talking about the other previous SC that closed in Jax when the new SC opened.
I was able to make a service appointment with the service guy for my two recalls. They said they are having issues with the scheduling program through the app.

I was in the TownCenter mall yesterday where there used to be a Tesla store (model on the floor and you could test drive from parking lot). Wife and I test drove a Model three and S plaid there about 4 months ago. All the superchargers were removed, no more Tesla store. Can confirm DarkEye report above. I picked up my CT Beast two weeks ago from the Atlantic Blvd SC in Jax and they didn't look at all like they were shutting down.
