Cameras Blinking In and Out on the Touchscreen

I am trying to learn to drive by using the rear and side view cameras alone. But, when I enter the camera mode on the touchscreen (the setting where you get the front camera on top, side views in the middle, and rear below) they flicker on and off. I get an image for 2-3 seconds, then a black window for 2-3 seconds. Also, the image is not steady and clear - it's jerky and grainy.

I did the "scroll" restart and also the hard power down. Didn't change. I have a service ticket open in the app.

Anyone have this issue?

That doesn't sound right. I'm surprised it's not throwing errors. I've never seen that on video before except in say, a Model Y which was having main computer problems (Dirty Tesla had it happen, and he got it serviced).
