My Cybertruck sensors and cameras not working

If anyone could help it would be appreciated! My cybertruck sensors have not been working/beeping, and the images of people or things next to my car is not showing up.

This exact same thing happened to my Model 3 a few days ago. I have to schedule an appointment, I've tried all the home fix suggestions on the internet and still no good.

I think there may be an issue with the software batch out now, lots of people having this issue across models.

I recall seeing a reset procedure in the online manual. How did your wrap go? Did everything work ok after it was finished?

I don't know if you are a new Tesla owner, this could certainly be a software update issue which can't happen, but have you tried resetting the computer? I don't know how it works on the Cybertruck but most other Tesla vehicles you just hold both scroll wheel buttons on the steering wheel at the same time for about 20 seconds and it resets, the manual says to keep them both pushed until the Tesla logo appears on the screen, but I usually let go once the whole screen goes black.

Problems like the ones you are describing happen on my model S and my wife's model X Sometimes, they usually come back to normal on the next drive or after I reset the computer.

Power Cycling the Vehicle
You can power cycle Model Y if it demonstrates unusual behavior or displays a nondescript alert.

Note: If the touchscreen is unresponsive or demonstrates unusual behavior, reboot it before you power cycle the vehicle (see Restarting the Touchscreen).

1. Shift into Park.
2. On the touchscreen, touch Controls > Safety > Power Off.
3. Wait for at least two minutes without interacting with the vehicle. Do not open the doors, touch the brake pedal, touch the touchscreen, etc.
4. After two minutes, press the brake pedal or open the door to wake the vehicle.

Everything that's been posted hasn't worked for other people with this camera problem across models. Most of us are waiting for the next update, even Tesla Service stations haven't been able to fix. It's why I'm hesitant to take mine in, need to take a day off of work and likely to hear "wait for next update."

My truck has never shown obstacles and while navigating it isn’t showing traffic lights or stop signs either (and the zoom level is not appropriate to speed or location).
