My concern is that it would wear out the pneumatics that do lifting/lowering prematurely every time I get into and out of the truck. Is there a setting that would keep it at the easy entry position.

So we’re not using a designed feature because using it could wear it out? I admit I used to think that about the auto-folding mirrors, thought a minute, and decided to just enjoy the vehicle as it was intended.

I like to turn off auto folding mirrors and auto lower in the winter so that ice and snow buildup don’t cause any problems or extra strain.

I think both are design considerations, but whatever makes you most comfortable. I almost never own a 10-year old anything, so drive ‘em like rented mules.

You can set your ride height to low, turn off auto lower, and keep suspension preferred height at lower for the reduced suspension actuation.

Agree. After warranty runs out. I want to turn it off. Just like the mirrors. Something else to break out of warranty. We owners of old S know what it's like. All the door systems break, windows break. I got really good at replacing those. I just converted one of my S to coil struts because of 5k cost to fix.

Easy entry is only available in PARK.....unfortunately.....I like the stance also but most likely has too little suspension travel once driving.
That makes sense.

Thank You Cerrn. Are you the same Cerrn on the Podcast I've been listening to all the time.
