Yesterday I kept getting a warning that the cargo bed outlet door was open. I stopped and checked, it was closed. Went to my next stop and when I was heading out I got the same message so I stopped, opened and closed the door then went on my way. Arrived home and checked again...still getting the message. Any insight on this?

Thanks...

Yeah, mine was going that for a while after I had left it open, but later closed it.
Ended up fixing itself ?ā€ā™‚

Mine has been doing it since I got it, and opened the door the first time. You can "dismiss until next use" or something like that. I plan on having it fixed at my next SC visit. Making a list of things needed fixed, before I make my first warranty service center visit.

Yup, mine haunted me for months but I was not going to make an appointment for that only so I waited until the lightbar was to be installed. The SC crew showed me the flinky-flanky little plastic sensor that decides if it was closed or open and it was broken. New sensor and no problem. Goofy design.

Mine’s always open because I have a Starlink mounted on a crossbar and plugged in there. Theres an option to dismiss that alert until the door is closed. It doesn’t alert me each drive, but if I ever unplug the Starlink to take it somewhere else and close the door, that alert will pop up again and I’ll have to tell it to knock it off until I close the door again.

I had this problem as well. The service center replaced something to do with the charge port and I haven't seen it again.

Is the door removable? Mine seems pretty solidly on there but I haven’t really tried taking it apart

It will reset when the Pyro opens and closes again.

It's a known issue. The South Loop Service Center in Chicago had my car for 3 days and couldn't find the problem. What a waste. I just live with it.

Not that I know of. I leave the door on, it’s just open 99% of the time.
