Cellular Connection not working

Hello:

Three days back I was driving through Spear Fish Canyon Road in South Dakota where there was no cell signal. When I came back out of that area, the truck doesn't reestablish the connection. It still is not working after a few days. I tried resetting the computer, and resetting the modem through the service page, but still no luck.

More than a month ago, same thing happened. I thought the cell modem was probably broken, and since there is service center nearby (closest one is 6+ hours away), I just lived with my personal hotspot. During this period of not working, I even had a couple of SW updates, but the cellular connection was not working still. But, after a few weeks, it started working magically.

Any ideas on what I can do?

I'm in the Boston area, and yesteday the navigation said "Navigating without live data"

something is up with Teslas cellular connectivity, my premium connectivity plan doesn't expire until August 13th

I‘ve had ongoing connectivity issues for about a month (FS AWD 13xxx). SC can’t reproduce the issue. My modem works OK after the truck goes to sleep then, when I pass through an area of poor reception, it goes out again.

SC created a Fast Pass service request so if it happens again, I can bring it in.
