At work we often have to bolt steel to aluminum. We use a thick mylar tape between the two materials. It works till the mylar ages out.

Use zinc or other appropriate waste cathods or anodes, similar, To the zinc metal tabs that are installed on motor boat drive. My 4.7 litter Mercury in board outboard has these zinc tabs or buttons to prevent corrosion on the important steel and aluminum parts. They work well.

there's a whole science for galvanic corrosion im sure tesla will hire good people, or already have them... not worried in the least bit they will get it right.
