Meh... Just looked and "me too".

This was at the Raintree location. I went back and forth with them for days (truck was here for almost 2 weeks because apparently they only have 1 technician able to work on CT). The woman who I communicated through wouldn’t budge and said since the photo I had was a day after the 1-week deadline, it wasn’t covered. Makes zero sense. That sucks! I live in AZ too and have a service appointment scheduled for Sept. What location told you to take a hike and why did you let them say no especially since you had one not tinted?
I just got mine windows tinted so hope they don’t claim the same BS excuse b/c mine appeared before my window tints.
Its 100% clear from this picture you have a protective film left over on yours. That might not be the only problem, but in this picture its visible.Mine has cracks too.

I checked again. Unfortunately, there is no protective film. How I wish they are just left over film! Its 100% clear from this picture you have a protective film left over on yours. That might not be the only problem, but in this picture its visible.

Thanks for doublechecking. That is one hell of an optical illusion, it looks just like a film. Hopefully Tesla fixes it.I checked again. Unfortunately, there is no protective film. How I wish they are just left over film!
It hard for me to get a good photo of it with details needed to show the crack.
not sure how difficult it would be to do either, we all know Tesla service center can make it worse than what it started withSame issue. based on previous led light installations it could be the glue coming off the led strip. doesn't affect the lighting at all just looks bad at certain angles during the day. not worth fixing if its going to happen again
Just saw this thread. I had the same thing happen to me and Tesla fixed as soon as they received the parts. It happened about 2 months ago. Tesla called it “bubbles have appeared in led lighting trim”. I haven’t had issues with the replacements at all.
I did have window tint. I just brought up during a service visit and asked them what it was. They said they’ve never seen that but would replace them.Did you bring it in within the first 100 miles/7 days or was it after that? Did you have window tints?
