Both. Fenders had to be prepped and painted for the wrap to stick to it. They are gloss black under the wrap now.

It’s really not as bad as you would think in person. I’ve driven behind and around it without any issues and I was staring at it the whole time The windshield reflects just as much as the chrome as seen in this pic, should I remove it also?

Tech wrap chrome and already has clear PPF over the top of it

I beg to differ, I think it would look even cooler if the Fender flares weren't wrapped, because the contrast would look good, but anyway, it's an awesome truck, and super cool wrap.

I didn’t like the way it looked with the black fenders but everyone has different tastes. Here’s what it looks like without the wrap
