Is it possible to set fan on only blowing ambient outside air, no cooling or heating of said air intake?

I think so:
Turn off auto
Turn off A/C
Set temperature lower than ambient
Set air source to outside
Set vents and fan as desired

If you set temp then is it not climate controlling and thus using more battery?

Can’t just have a fan blowing to move air around?

If A/C is off then it won't actively cool the air. Setting temp to Lo would also prevent it running in heat mode.

Is there a way to independently control fan speed on driver and passenger side? Climate controls allow me to do this for temperature but not for fan speed. I thought it used to.
