Climate Keeper Unavailable Due to System Fault??

So just this afternoon, I tried to put on dog mode at the store with my dog in the car and it said Climate keeper unavailable due to system fault and I can’t get it to reset or anything. Does anybody have this problem? I’m just wondering if it’s because of the new software update. Please help.

Does “keep” work in the climate menu? That’ll keep the climate on, it just won’t give concerned citizens the dog mode message.

Got the same error message this afternoon! So far I’ve noticed that I cant pre-heat the truck and turn on the climate control from the app, and when in the truck the heater doesn’t seem to be getting warm to temp. Thank goodness For the seatand steering wheel heater, but those are not helpful for my kids who are in booster seats.

tomorrow I will try to reboot. Already added it to an existing service appt scheduled for mid-Jan

Yeah… same here. I think it’s this latest software update. Lots of bugs. Thanks for your input!!

happened to me! had to replace some super manifold thing and do a flush
At first it came on and went away and then stayed on all the time so the heater wont work and dog mode etc

Same error for me. When mine is on auto, it won't put air out of the dash. I have to manually move it up there and then put it back in auto every time I get in the truck. Annoying.

I have to get service to fix it. Truck has been in service (waiting for parts) since last Wednesday (6 days)

Wow. That sucks. Mine goes in Friday. Same problem. Plus loose panels all around the windows by the dash. They rattle like crazy. Feels so cheap.

What was it? Mine still doing it.

Brought it in today, they fixed it in about 30 min. Here what they wrote in the service summary:
"Inspected vehicle concern and found vehicle to have multiple Temperature/Humidity sensor faults.
Sensor experiencing internal conditions causing it to be unable to communicate proper values.
Thermal sensor has been replaced and verified climate control works from phone app.
HVAC system nominal alert no longer present"
