Was planning a long distance trip several states over to visit family and was originally planned to do in my model y. A week ago tesla told me my CB was going to be available for pick up. Seeing as how we were going to be out of state for a month, we traded in our model y and got the CT. 3 days after we got it and now roughly 500 miles from home, it broke down and tesla says they won't even be able to look at it until Monday, let alone fix it.

Edit: it threw the critical issue warning for the rear steering being disabled and a low voltage electrical issue.

this problem has been reported here quite a few times. i bet Tesla SC can find the problem easily but having the parts ready is the different story.

Good luck. I had the same thing happen in late August. After numerous parts replaced, they still haven’t figured out what’s wrong with it. There’s enough of us that have had the same issue now that hopefully they’ll figure out a fix. I’m seven days from it officially being a lemon. If it gets to that point, I’ll probably ask for a replacement vehicle rather than a refund.

What’s your VIN range? Thanks.

I’m due for delivery Wednesday and have long trip planned next month. This makes me anxious, lol. Hopefully not a widespread problem.

I'm 22k VIN range, on my Dual Motor Cybertruck (just picked up 3 weeks ago), and just had this happen after a 14hr drive to Tennessee, for a week long vacation. I don't know what they are replacing yet.
What have been the replacement parts for each of you?
I'll update in this post when I find out what parts were replaced on my CT.
- Low Voltage Error
- Reduced Power Error
- Rear Steering Errors

Do you know what parts they had to replace?
Mine is in right now and I'm on Vacation 14hr drive from home.
My CT is a dual motor, 22k VIN, sounds like the same issues as yours has.
I don't know for sure yet, but I think they are replacing 2 Control modules, I'm not sure which modules

Vin 31xxx cyberbeast.
After about 30 minutes of being off (on the tow truck) all the faults cleared. The tesla show room gave me a model x as a "demo" for the weekend since I was carless. I talked to tesla roadside assistance and the tesla showroom called a tesla service center that had a tech on site for the weekend look into it. Tesla roadside said it looked like there was a firmware update that happen just after my vehicle left the factory but the SC didnt apply it before i picked it up. So they said I will have to take it in for the patch, but in the meantime, the tesla service tech recommended disabling the outlets, cabin overheat, and sentry mode. I disabled all that but left sentry mode on. That appears to have fixed the issue, if not temporarily. I was able to drive 2500 miles across the US after that with no problems.

Tesla Replaced the "Power Conversion System", is what what was written on my invoice. It's been a week since picking up my Cybertruck from Service, and No issues since.

Appreciate that, I will have them look into it when I get it into a SC. I need them to fix the bump stops on one side of my hood too, it doesn't sit flush with the passenger side panel.

This doesn't mean it'll be the same issue yours has, but, definitely a good place to start.

My Cyberbeast VIN 20xxx had the same issue while on roadtrip in CA. It took them 10 days to diagnose the issue. In the end, they replaced the PCS. Been driving it over a month without any issue. Additional notes...about 2 weeks before this happened, I had inoperative air suspension warning daily....haven't seen this again since PCS was replaced.
