Hello.

I had this problem today with my foundation CT. I was driving and heard an obvious thunk followed by the message.

Did you heat any noise before you got the warning message?

Yes, feels/sounds like you’ve hit a pothole. Seems like they’ve got an issue with inverters, which is what mine was diagnosed as. Repair took a week for me, mostly because our service center here was slammed and I didn’t have an appointment. Hope you get resolution soon!

Glad to hear its a simple fix and they got you going so quickly!
Our service center is slammed and they still haven’t looked at mine yet, 48 hours later. Hopefully today is the day and the parts are easy to get.

Sorry to hear that. The tech said that this is happening a lot with Y's and CT's. Was embarrassed he said as this is an issue with manufacturing of the parts. I smell recall again. There's also an issue with the Power Module on drivers side which they replaced as well on mine that CT's are having issues with. The module controls all power to left side they said.

Thanks for the info. Is this power module separate from the drive inverter on the driver’s side? In the notes for my repair the tech said they had to restart the system to get the LH cooling fan to start after replacing the inverter.

Yes, they also had to restart system and had to reboot system 3 times to get my phone to sync to truck. Even key card had to be reassigned. This was because of new power module installed which calls for a security system reboot he said.

I lost my front motor under heavy acceleration driving the truck home the day I got it. Same sound and error as described above. I pulled over. Powered off. When I got back in, no error message and haven't had a problem since in the 4 months of ownership. You still have that error after a reboot?

Yeah, I tried a reboot. Same error. Drive inverter was cooked.

Yes. I still have the error. I rebooted several times. Re-entered the truck several times. Same error is displayed.
