Dl_a139 Rear Motor Disabled. 60mph limit

Heading down to a soccer tournament with the fam and this just happened. Lost the rear motor. I just did the software update, anyone seeing cause from that? I’ve seen some misc threads claiming it to be different things.

I’m not able to get an appt for almost 2 weeks. Any ideas? I’ve got about 10k miles on it.

Sorry seems to be happening to early serial #s. They'll swap the motor for you but could be a lengthy wait. I had both motor units replaced already.

You don’t need an appointment available for this issue, just bring it to SC and they should provide a loaner while waiting your CT fixed.

This exact thing happened to me. My appointment was over a month out. I just texted in the app saying it was unsafe. So I dropped off my truck without an appointment. My service center gave me a loaner and two days later they were able to get it in and fixed.

The issue turned out to be a faulty inverter. Easy fix. Nothing wrong with motor. I would bet you have same issue.
