Rear motor disabled! 7376 miles

I've had my awd CT since March 4th, I was driving and it felt like I hit the brake and error message appeared.

Blow out the front motor on our X couple years ago. Software was smart enough to disable the motor and allow me to move around with only the rear.
Hope they get you fixed quickly.

You may have need a new rear.drive unit anyway since you are early vin. Sorry but hopefully tesla covers this under warranty

Happened to me as well. Tesla fixed it under warranty. Unfortunately, I was left over with issues after the SC appointment.

• Tonneau cover makes a knocking sound (2-3 knocks as if something is loose and hitting the bed internals) at the end of retracting.
  • Rubber and plastic parts of the tonneau cover are breaking as a result of retracting the cover. It seems to be at the point of where the knocking sound is happening.
• The tailgate door is no longer flush and sticks when opening and closing.
• Autopilot cameras and safety features have turned off and cameras need recalibration.

i had my rear motor shutdown with VCLeft code. Inverter meltdown. They replaced and running again. Had a bit of trouble reestablishing phone key as VC has all security data in it as well. Had to reboot truck to get to work. Was impressed with a 1 day turn around with entire rear section removed and put back.

I got the VCLeft and VCrear axle critical errors today. Truck made me pull over and exit, when I re entered it’s fine. What’s this about?
