Has anyone added tint to the cybertruck/cyberbeast? If so, which ones and was it worth it? I picked up by beast last week and I received an email from Tesla about their partner they use for tint, which includes the warranty of the glass and replacement of tint. They seem kind of pricey but I'd rather use their recommended to avoid warranty issues. The windows already look like they are tinted and I would have figured they would have put UV and heat rejection because the windows are so big but I guess not.

Who are they recommending to you? Is it a local company or national? (We just received our CT last weekend and it NEEDS tinting/uv protection on the windows...

Wouldn't you agree it has some kind of tint on it but it doesn't seem to help with heat.

yeah, it does have SOME tint to it, but not much heat rejection... I can really 'feel the heat' whenever the sun is shining on my arms... In my MYLR (with 3M Crystalline) I don't feel it at all and the tint itself is only 60 (front windows which is, of course, where I sit)...

I always wonder though, if the windows are 'already tinted' some (like the back ones), do they remove the old tint first and put on new tinting at the level you choose, OR do they take a reading (let's say your windows are already at 70 visible light) and then put on 70 over it to get you 'down' to 40?

I confess I didn't really think about all that before...
