Yes, it was at a service center in Phoenix and the AC didn't work it was 80C on the thermostat at the inside service center lol. To top it off there was 1 person working, eventually it was 2 people (then 1 person left and it was back to 1 again) but there must have been 20-25 people in the service room at one time. Then there was the waiting for 2.5hrs (it was 103C outside) the experience wasn't like picking up a vehicle at Porsche or BMW... 2/10 for the experience. In the waiting room some guy mentioned this is just how it with Tesla, but I really hope its not. (as I wait for my service appointment in mid August).Was this at a Tesla service center?
