The guy looked on his computer. Said it should be here soon. He could just be saying that to pacify me. I’m not really sure.

I had filled everything out in the app ahead of time so literally all the advisor did was enter my drivers license in the system.
She took us outside, we confirmed the VIN. She then helped assign the truck to the app and showed us how to share it with my wife and got her set up.
She walked us around the truck, showed us how to open everything and told us that they would let us know when the lightbar and wheel caps arrived.
There were a couple small smudges on one door that wiped right off but otherwise everything else looked great, including the wiper motor cover. It does have the rivet.
By the time I got home I had an email about the $2500 credit and that amount was already in my wallet on the app.
I already have a whole home generator so no need for Powershare. I bought the wall charger in the app and it deducted the cost from my wallet and the balance remains.
A very smooth, easy and positive experience. Wishing the rest of you have the same. It will be your turn soon!

I just noticed in the app under primary registrant the Tesla service center listed is 25 miles away, where I have two closer at 9 miles and 15 miles, both which have had CT deliveries. I see no way to change it. Does this matter? Will it eventually go to the nearest service center? I tried calling Tesla for the first time and the bot basically said there’s no one here to help you try calling later.

So has anyone seen their VIN show up in the app before getting a text, or had the app open and refreshed it and seen it go from no VIN to having a VIN.
my Tesla app is now using 5% of my daily battery due to refreshing. Right above Apple Music, which I listen to all the time time.
