Cybertent strap- where does it connect?

Between the bumper and wheel arch. There is a space that houses the strap. The bar part goes in the wheel well.
Will try find a picture if nobody else has one.

As hemiarch said, the bar goes between the wheel arch and the bumper right where the arrow is pointing.
