Funny story… While taking the kids to school I was driving on the freeway in auto pilot at 68 miles an hour following the flow of traffic. Along came a hummer EV in the fast lane going faster. When it passed the Cybertruck, the Cybertruck floored it up a speed to 80 miles an hour! I let it go for about 30 seconds and then disengaged to slow back down to the pace of traffic. I’m sure some Tesla engineer back in Texas is laughing right now.

Coming from a Model Y with FSD, I took delivery of my Cybertruck last Saturday and 2 1/2 and 100 miles later it's in a shop being wrapped (PPF/Ceramic Coating). In that brief time driving it seemed the FSD Speed Profiles had changed but I was too busy enjoying driving myself to notice FSD's features. Are there still the 5 speed profiles to choose from (Sloth, Chill, Standard, Hurry, Mad Max)?

With the MY on the highway, 80+ was SOP for Mad Max and would explain your thinking the truck is Cyber Competitive.

They say that Mad Max drives like you do.

Do you usually do 80 when you are in control?

None of the modes drive like "you do". Mad Max is ultra aggressive and will go faster than surrounding traffic and make lane changes (left or right) to pass more frequently.
