Cybertruck etched after removal of vinyl logo (applied 8 months ago)

Lettering was applied right after delivery 8 months ago. Removed yesterday and detailed with windex and microfiber.

Not surprising the stainless is now etched.

Next step is blue Scotch-Brite and bar keepers friend!

I also have left over adhesive marks after a Halloween sticker. I will try BKF this weekend.

On X he reported it was clear after BKF.

Why did you use Windex?

Because some idiot on the Internet recommended it?

I would have hit it with Sprayway and a microfiber towel. If that didn't make it perfect, I would use the spray foamy BKF and a microfiber (which I promise will work). Then rinse it good and let it self-passivate.

Beautiful results, minimal work.
