Looks like a simple repair for that Dodge, crumpled zone did what it had to.

Keep us updated on CT repairs, never heard anything about the first crash.

Yeah, most rear end collisions end up looking like this. I don't think this is a test of "strength" but I'd be interested in seeing what the underlying CT damage/repairs are

I smell a class action lawsuit for false advertising! How can they call it a Dodge Ram when it turns too slowly to dodge a Cybertruck and when you try to ram one, this is the result? Dodge has been mis-naming their products and that has deceived buyers about the true capabilities of products carrying badges that say "Dodge" and "Ram".

According to a Sherriff on the accident scene, FSD may have been active in the Cybertruck in the moments preceding the crash and this incident was likely the result of erratic braking that Tesla FSD beta testers call "phantom braking". However, he reversed course 20 minutes later, after learning that FSD has not yet been installed on any Cybertrucks yet, even though Elon Musk, the showman that he is, promised it would be. Instead, he surmised the driver of the Tesla may have stopped too quickly and even the heroic braking efforts of the Ram driver could not prevent a collision. He also suggested people need to think twice before stopping in the middle of their lane. ?

Oh man. It’s unfortunate that the CT got rear-ended after only 450 miles. I’d be pissed.

However, what a show of strength for the Cybertruck. The tailgate is not even misaligned! It looks like the bumper took most of the brunt of the impact. The mark of the outline of the ram grill with logo on the CT tailgate made me chuckle.

Hopefully there is not severe unseen damage to the rear subframe on the CT.
