Cybertruck Speaker upgrade from Light Harmonic

Thank you for that suggestion I didn’t know this could be done via an iPhone app. Do you have any app recommendations?

I was wondering ting to do something similiar and get an oscope but it’s sunk cost I really wouldn’t need.

The one I use isn't listed in the iPhone store anymore, which is odd since it's still current. Looking into that. There are a few that are free (or nearly so), but I can't speak for any. Will update when I see why mine's not listed...

I did some digging and a few I found in audio forums apparently aren’t available in my region. But I grabbed a few I’ll experiment with

Will you please carefully document the disassembly process? I tried to remove the rear wall panel to access the subs to fix a rattle and never did get it all the way off and ended up breaking some clips. I was trying to follow to instructions in the service manual but no joy. Maybe your experience will make it clearer.

I’ll do what I can it’s just me no camera man and I play to just look at Tesla service manual. Sadly no real full how to install of this kit.

still no subwoofers they will be shipping out at a later date.

but I appreciate light harmonic not holding off to ship till everything in so I can at least start some of the install.

Curious if you were able to install them? I'm on the fence about ordering them, but really need to replace the subwoofers because they sound horrible on certain songs.

I haven’t had a Chance yet, and I’m still waiting on subwoofers to ship.

I ended up ordering them and received the following:

2 - 8" front door woofers
2 - 4" rear mids
3 - 4" dash mids

I'm still waiting for the subs, tweeters and overhead mids.

The three dash speakers and tweeters are going to take a lot of inteior panel removal. Those will be last on the list to do.

I installed the four door speakers. The rears are plastic welded in, so you will need JB Weld Plastic epoxy to install the replacements.

Due to the fact I only have 4 installed, it's hard to get a full sound comparison, but I will say the front 8" woofers are night and day better than the factory ones. The bass is much lower, full and now doesn't sound like it's just coming from the rear.

When you say the bass is "much lower", are you talking about the volume or the frequency response?

Yeah I been slammed I still need to get to my install. Interesting take on the job welding plastic epoxy I guess I’ll neeed to buy me some for that process.
