We've appreciated everyone's patience while waiting for our product. It's been a long process to get our colored cover kits measured in. The Cybertruck's body panels, as many of us already know, are not precise or consistent. There are slight variations with each Cybertruck, so producing an exactly cut cover kit for a one size fits all solution is difficult. Sharp corners had to be radiused (rounded off) a bit to provide some room for error during DIY installation, and also to avoid air pockets from developing along any sharp corners during higher wind speeds that could result in lifting off the covers.

These covers are simple to print custom graphics on, so we will be offering made to order panel kits for businesses and anyone else who wants a unique look for their Cybertruck. Basic colors such as matte black, matte white and matte red will be offered first, but all of those colors can be printed on as well. Our cover kits will eventually be offered in nearly every color that is now currently available for regular vinyl wraps.

Stay tuned for more updates!

Can you explain the difference of your covers over a wrap? Compare and contrast the two?

This system is magnetic! ? They’re just individual panels that literally stick to your truck easy on; easy off.

Do you have pictures of the pieces separately?

I know pictures peeking at the sauce underneath isn't sexy to some, but the engineering is cool and a I think a positive sales value.

I never thought to photograph the covers all separately, but here are some photos of the piece for the frunk. It just rolls up to the size and weight of a typical water bottle. Each piece has a bit of heft to to it. I'll post more pictures when I'm up at the factory.

Hi Chris,

A vinyl wrap is semi-permanent, meaning if you want to change it, you have to tear it off, and it cannot be reused. Wraps also have to be installed using some tools and expertise. Our covers are magnetic. You just slap them onto your truck's freshly cleaned stainless steel surface, and presto! You have a new color for your Cybertruck. You can peel them off and put them back on whenever you wish.

I’m excited about these and I have two questions:

1. I’m thinking I want to do this for off road protection (pinstriping although I know it’s not as big of an issue with the SS), so I’m thinking Olive drab or camel/Desert. Is that in development?

2. Are these pieces separate so that I can do a two tone effect?

To answer your questions...

1) Yes! We are teaming up with a manufacturer that has the license for great, high-quality camo designs, and they will be manufacturing all of our camo product lines. These will include snow camo, green/olive and desert color camo patterns.

2) Yes! Those areas you've hi-lighted are separate pieces and can be swapped out for different colors for a two-tone effect.

This is exactly what I need for tailgating. Don’t need the team on the truck except for Saturdays at the stadium

I love this concept and am hooked but for those of us who have a PPF wrap and ceramic coating, will this still adhere and most importantly stay on?
We will test these on trucks with existing wraps and PPF soon. We are already doing some testing over the ProtectaClear coating, and it seems to work so far.
