Amenat this point I wish they would release the truck, figure out how to fix it and let me bring it back for recal repair.
that would ensure that the 1.99% loan would not be affected
I would agree except many SA have informed the person taking delivery it is due indeed to the cantrail coming off suddenly. It’s possible a process has changed at the plants and this change in production is now causing issues.I think it has to do with the inverter failures that are happening and I suspect that you guys are gonna be happier not being stuck with a bricked truck like some of the most recent failures we’ve been seeing.
I get the concern about losing your APR but from the horror stories we’ve seen about inopportune sudden failures in the middle of busy thoroughfares, I think the alternative is less desirable.
Patience is a virtue, but it’s hard to master. Especially, when waiting for a new super truck.
You’re right! I forgot that has been widely reported. I wonder if they might be both.I would agree except many SA have informed the person taking delivery it is due indeed to the cantrail coming off suddenly. Wonder what’s the difference and whether existing trucks will be called in for retrofit.I saw this on facebook yesterday![]()

I wanna cross check my cybertruck I suppose to take delivery of.The new Cantrail part numbers are:
I confirmed that these are on my truck that I've yet to receive. The green dot indicates that part is on the VIN.

I run a small independent EV repair shop so I can check VINs on the EPC site and confirm what parts were in the vehicle from the factory.I never knew this existed, I guess that's because I never bought parts for my existing Tesla. im on the parts catalog site but I don't see how I enter my vin to show these green dots. how do you accomplish this? Just curious, when was your original order date? Also, non-FS?Spoke with service advisor this morning and he stated that my truck was on site and that he expected fix to be completed in time for 3/20 delivery day.
