A friend had everything complete in the app for delivery. Delivery scheduled last week, an hour before his scheduled time he got a text saying there’s some issues and they had to cancel the appointment.

He can’t get any information from them on what the issue is or when it will be rescheduled, anyone else have anything similar happen?

Exact same thing happened to me. In my experience, it meant that despite the truck sitting on the lot for 5 days, they waited until the very last second to conduct the final delivery inspections and noticed an issue. For me, my rear passenger window wasn't sealing right. They immediately rescheduled for 7 days out. But I stayed on them twice daily. And likely in an effort to get rid of me, it was corrected and delivered 3 days after.

Yeah this has been happening, and they like keeping you in the dark rather than telling you what the issue was. They similarly like to be tight lipped even after you own the vehicle and bring it back for service. My advice to everyone is, once the vehicle is yours, don't sit there and let them tell you nothing in an effort to mask the issue. They can play these games before delivery, but after it's not their property anymore.

They absolutely are waiting until the last second to prep the trucks, which is why deliveries are being cancelled so close to the appointment.

Did you try to sell it cause that would make them pull the vin. I’m glad there cracking down on resellers
