12,000 miles ,big problems with my cyberbeast

My first trouble with my 2024 Cyberbeast .Red warning on screen ,PULL OVER,CRITICAL ISSUE DETECTED.
No power to rear steering, unable to charge alert ,no lights at charge port. Charge showing 85%.
Rebooted by resetting on steering wheel ,no luck. Turned power off.Alerts went away.
Drove for short distance,Same Alarms. Called service center in Mass.They sent a car hauler from N.H.
TO PICKUP TRUCK AT MY HOUSE IN BANGOR ME.That was monday aug. 18.Said truck would be ready on friday
august 22. Are you kidding me? Get a call from them this morning saying it will be monday aug.25.Say they
can't cause of issues.Wow !
Anyone run into this situation?

Most likely mine are perfect.
Small percentage probably under 1% have issues. Happens unfortunately to all car brands.

If its a 2024 its probably the inverter thing, they had a recall out on them. Had mine pro-actively replaced a couple months ago.
