Does the down payment for the Lease include the $7,500 Rebate?

Hey everyone,
I was wondering on the Cybertruck website it shows a default down payment of $7500, but it also says there is a $7500 lease incentive included. Does that mean the down payment of 7500 is the incentive, so really the down payment is $0?

The wording of the letter as you see there on the site is a little confusing. But when you go thru the application, you will be credited $7500… so think of the above picture as 0-down from your pocket..

Really? So zero dollars down and $900 a month.

The $7500 incentive is factored into the total price of the car hence the lower monthly lease amount. You still need to put down the down payment. Note with a $0 downpayment the monthly is $1240

the monthly shown on the site is an *estimate…(to catch people’s attention) take it with a grain of salt.

you will not know your actual monthly until you ‘apply’ and they run your credit..

Just picked up my CT a few days ago. I put $0 down and only had to pay applicable taxes and fees. Yes the $7500 is included as a "down payment" but with $0 down you will be paying about $1200-1400 a month.

Can you please check in the app if there is an early buyout option? Have read reports you could do a zero down lease then do immediate buyout to capture the 7,500 credit long as Tesla or chase holds the lease. ?
