I realize this is a corner case, but in the remote chance it helps one other person… I had a key not on a chain, it fell out of my pocket between the driver seat and center console. After not locating it for 20min, realized there is a hole under the seat rail that something that size can easily fall into and never come back (unless remove the seat).

I keep all my Tesla key cards in individual badge lanyards; find it easier to manage them.

I lost my T-25 bolt for my S92 rearview done that damned hole. I feel your pain!

If you remove the seats, does that area become accessible? I can imagine something like a diamond ring slipping into that crevasse and vanishing into the 5th dimension.

I was so pissed when I dropped that bolt and realized where it went. ????

I think the only way to get something from there is removing plastics under the seat.

Perfect task for an Endoscope. They are pretty cheap (around $33) on Amazon and they do really really come in handy when nothing else works. It gives you a view of somewhere that you can't see. I even thing you can put a hook on the end of some of them to snag what you see and pull it out.

Here's a very inexpensive possibility: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CP538LN1?ref=fed_asin_title

Great to know, thanks.

Hope I never lose anything down that hole!

Ask your gastro to borrow theirs for the weekend. Promise you will wash it and have it back by Monday.
