On a breezy drive between Huntsville, AL and Nashville, whenever there is a gust of wind driving 65 mph +, the driver door vibrates mostly around the middle arm rest. You can hear it and feel it against left leg. Is this normal cyber dynamics? Or is this something I should get them to adjust?

I have mine going in for service for this exact reason as well as an air leak from my rear driver side door. Hopefully they can fix.

Can you provide the link to that forum?

I have the same problem since I took delivery in April 2024... have been to the SC multiple times, but no fix... the door still vibrates at 65+...

Here is one. I found by just using the search function for the whole site. Some are more focused on noise that might be due to window seals, while other are most likely the door. (104) Vibration/wind noise coming from Driver side door of CT | Tesla Cybertruck Forum - Cybertruck Owners Club

Something similar happened to me. They said the rear view mirror needed to be replaced when they looked though the wind was going through the mirror into the door and the door welds were failing. They had to replace the whole door. Theu said 2 weeks cause they didn't have a door in stock but it took 3 days. New door no issues since

I have “some” wind noise on drivers door. It’s mostly noticeable when there are surface winds blowing. It’s not been bad enough to make me want to do a SC trip. Yet. Keeping an eye/ear on it. I also think I may be getting some wind noise from the windshield. But that too isn’t always bad enough to warrant service. Guess I will find out. Waiting to get past cold winter as that might be part of the issue in my case.

Yeah same here. Going in for second time at different SC. Air is definitely getting inside door.
and door b pillar creaks now when starting off. Seems to have tweaked the door.

Rear passenger side wind noise and draft while on highway I opened and closed window a couple times on the drive. Not sure if I was imagining but seemed to have slightly resolved along the way. My hypothosis is that window seal was cold and improved once it warmed up slightly from the ambiant cabin air. Thoughts?

I had the same problem and they fixed it recently. These are the notes from the invoice "Technician inspected and verified the driver side door was making a noise and vibrating more than other doors when closed and tapped. The issue was caused by loose panels inside the door. insulated all panels and applied sound deadening to inside of door panel The noise is no longer present after the adjustments."
I just returned from a 500 mile trip. The shaking is definitely gone.
