Driver’s side HVAC fan not going lateral

Has anyone had this problem? When adjusting via the screen I can make the fan direction up and down on driver’s side but it won’t go left to right. On passengers side I can make it go left to right easily. Having trouble getting the fan to hit my face. Thanks!

unpinch it with your fingers (zoom motion on a phone)... Probably already tried that, I'll bet. But, it's the first troubleshooting step.

Yeah it doesn’t change it at all. Still firing low right at all times. And when I move it left to right on passengers side I can hear it move mechanically. Nothing on my side.
