Driver side roof wire path?

Is anyone aware of a driver side wiring path into the cab? I'm already using the passenger side grommet extensively.

Do a search related to “ham radio antenna” install. Some guy figured a way to route the coax thru the appliqué into the frunk and then to the cab by wire pull to the door jam and thru a grommet into the cab.
