I don't doubt your references. My question was honest though. When you map those events geographically, you will see a pattern. Does your lifestyle place you in those areas regularly?In U.S., occurrences of carjackings that involve guns are far more common than lightning Injuries or death.
Carjackings that involve guns while vehicle at stop light/sign: estimate 8,550 per year
Lightning Injuries: estimate 400 lighting injuries and 40 deaths per year
Stray bullet shootings: estimate 500 per year
