not normal, I have three teslas and 10 iphones, the message went away after performing the steps
try a different phone, if both NG, visit a service center

Have you followed the instructions? You have to delete the Cybertruck in your Bluetooth settings first.

You do this after it's paired and you're in the truck connected.

They make it odd on the IPhone, I have to do it for my wife with new phones or vehicles or she keeps getting that message.

It drains your phone battery more, but is more accurate with location and allows hands free frunk.

Go to TMC and search this.

It's normal if the steps aren't followed properly.
