Phone key set up keeps coming back

I have this recurring issue where occasionally, after everything is fine, the phone key needs to be set up again. What’s the root cause of this? I have multiple phones set up with phone keys, so might that be the problem? It seems to be only happening to the same phone while the other phones aren’t having the problem.

I have the same issue, but only when connected to my home wifi. Anywhere outside my home, it always works, but when I get home and connect to my home wifi, I have to tap set up as key. Its really annoying and I have yet t find a fix for it.
