So 6 ft 6 inches (7.8 inc fenders ) and 18 ft 11 inches long.

231 / 12in = 19.25
227 / 12 = 18.91

I wonder if the idling uh, I mean creeping, torque of the Cybertruck would drive that cabinet right through the wall.....

I don't know about the CT, but the current instantiation of the Model S has NO ultrasonic sensors, just cameras. There is NO possibility that it will be precise to a few inches, consistently, in different lighting, etc.
