What does this do? I don't see any difference with it toggled on or off.

That's a shite response. Next time just don't bother responding. It's not even helpful because there AREN'T many videos about that specific toggle.

Expand Full Self-Driving Visualization will supposedly automatically make the screen go to the full expanded FSD street view when you engage FSD. It's the same expanded view you get if you "swipe right" on the navigation window to minimize it.

If you go into any menus or navigation, having the toggle On does not seem to push FSD Visualization back to full screen.

I don't think that option really does much.

If i recall correctly, that update allowed for full screen view of FSD with nav being relegated to the upper right corner. i remember being impressed by it in the MY. I dont think it does much more than that.

I noticed it doesn't work, though. I still have to swipe manually. Maybe a bug? For instance, I turn on FSD while the map is up, and the map stays up.

It's not automatic like it is on the Model Y for instance. On my Model Y I can be in FSD with full screen visualization and open Music or the car settings and when I tap those buttons again to dismiss the app, the visualization goes back full screen. On the Cybertruck this functionality does not act the same. I hope they fix this. It's annoying to have to swipe it over all the time.

Mine starts with the visualization on the left and the regular map on the right. That’s how I like it. I want to see the real map and not a full screen fsd visualization.

I tried it this morning, and it doesn't work for me either.

What I don't understand is why the nav still verbally announces the turns when I'm not the one driving?
I think of it as the navigator talking to the pilot.

Navigator doesn't care who the pilot is - you, or FSD.
