I got my new $108,000 foundation Zybertruck and to my surprised when I arrived home, I noticed one of the cameras on the side was crooket and a plastic cover on the back left was bender and two screws were missing. In regular circumstances I would go back to the dealer to complain about it and have it fixed. With Tesla is a hassle to do any of that. Nobody answers any phones and to make an appointment could take days and lots of time. Tesla needs to have somebody alive you can communicate with and an email you can send and get a response. When you try to call Tesla for any reason it goes into a loop and you can not get any where. Very bad and disappointed. They have a very good product but awfull service. It needs to be fixed.

My door was rattling and coming apart at the welds on the drivers side. I made appt on app didn’t have one til August 24th. This happened Aug 1st. I went to the dealership and asked to talk to service. I said do I have to wait that long or can I get something sooner please? I was in there the 4th. They had to replace the whole door and mirror and said I’d get it back August 12. I got it back on the 7th. It sucked but it came earlier then promised and they went above and beyond to help me. They seemed to have a genuine appreciation for me as a customer and a buyer and I felt genuine concern and disappointment on there end about the problem. Now there were some other more entitled people lashing out on employees who work there and trying to help and they didn’t get the same treatment as me. Definitely the most interesting and peculiar car company and dealer I’ve interacted with. They’ve been more transparent recently but they’re definitely a mystery. I hope they fix the issues and you’re still able to enjoy the truck. I love it so much

Tesla does provide this, they do a good job at it. Just open a Service Request. They may even send mobile service out to resolve.

But if you think so bad of Tesla, why did you pick the truck up.

Thank you. I hope so. I still think that Tesla has to humanize the service.

I completely agree. I had paid $100K even before taking delivery and when I attempted calling every phone number listed and every possible department, I got nowhere. Not a single human. Often it would either just disconnect, say the mailbox was full, ask to leave a message but then require an extension number in order to do so, or ask me to text back to their confirmation text which also got me nowhere. I don’t see how it’s even legal to take someone’s money and then just go dark.

Tesla is a 21st century company, don't expect 20th century methods to work.

Tesla lives and dies via it's app and texting. Like teenagers, if you want to talk to them, use what they are listening to.

In my experience if you use their methods to contact them, it is fairly painless ie. The service button in the app. Trying any other method is a lesson in frustration. It only took me 4 Teslas to figure that out! LOL!

As mentioned, I did try texting. In my case, I hadn’t taken ownership so I cannot message Tesla regarding the CT or open a service request. They still haven’t responded to text. I would expect a 21st century company to have online chat options but I haven’t seen any.

Ya, that’s the problem. That solution of using an app is totally insufficient and poor customer service.
It totally works for me! It was really awesome last week, when they sent mobile service out.
