Just went for a test drive. A lot of improvements but it still has a long way to go. School zones. Fail. Left turn, hit one median that it usually hits but missed another that it usually hits. Highway is very good but on sweeping left and right curves in the road, it hugs the left line on left sweeps and the right line on right sweeps. It would be a good line if it was a race track.

I do not think it will ever drive as well as I can. I drove for a living for 44 years and over 2 million miles. For fun, I drive some more. So I have experience.

It does not avoid potholes, road drains on the sides of highways and speed bumps. It did do very well in a parking lot that was under construction. It also was able to exit a parking lot from a parking space with out intervention and get right on to the highway.
It still made a lane change in front of a speeding car. I had to intervene and mash the gas (electron pedal?)

It also is not smooth on maintaining speed. I feel the car slightly lurching faster and slower just to maintain highway speed. That is annoying. It is like a new driver that will never learn how to drive smoothly. It is not several seconds of gas then off the gas, it is fractions of a second, power on and off many times. It seems to only do it when there is a vehicle in front of the truck, which, BTW, is following too closely.

It also started from my driveway, to the store I entered into the GPS by just starting FSD. Impressive.

Overall, I love it and will never sell my CT. I just hope they straighten out the issues that cause this truck to drive like it is drunk or stupid.

It’s installing (as we speak) on my HW4 S Plaid, but not on my CyberBeast, yet. Guess which one I’m driving today! ?

seems like they fix one thing on each release. At this rate I’ll be on mars before it’s driving me around without supervision haha

It’s not a joke. Mine ran a red light before thanksgiving and it was so unexpected I didn’t have time to disengage. I was lucky it was still ā€˜safe’ but I was pissed.
It's annoying for sure. Sometimes mine runs red lights, and other times it will stop at red lights BUT not go when the light turns green. So weird...

Yeah man the Spotify playlists just don't cut it after a while.
Is that the drive to have SFM?
im kind of pissed because I had it on my Duramax for the past 9 years but I sold 2 months ago and realized 2 weeks ago I never canceled so I canceled it thinking I couldn’t have a use for it anymore. And now CT has it. ?
But honestly I only really listened to the highway on it so losing it but still having Amazon music seemed like a waste of money to have anymore. Also why I don’t need slacker anymore.
I am looking forward to free Spotify being available so I can listen to Rogan with out streaming from my phone.

It appears that the 2024.39 Branch isn’t including the holiday update. (At least for the time being)
I was really hoping to get more watch functionality, along with the rest of the goodies.
Just received 2024.39.15 on our HW4 Model Y
So no holiday update for the MY
And our HW4 PLAID Model S and CyberTruck are still on 2024.33.40 and 2024.39.5 respectively. my guess is they’re both going to end up on 2024.39.15 as well.
Is it just me or do others here wish we were just getting the holiday update instead of version 13?

Got v13 (2024.39.15).

But when I open Tesla on my Apple Watch, it says: "Vehicle Software 2024.44.25+ Required"
